When I first got into cafe racers I looked for a long time for the bike that I wanted, trawled gumtree, ebay, trading post you name it I was looking through it trying to find that perfect base bike. I knew what I wanted, a small single cylinder under 225cc, something from before the 80's. I ended up with the Honda CB125, but at the time it was a hard battle between that and a Kawasaki KH100 my mates dad had for sale. I still think about that bike and what an awesome little tracker or cafe it would make and then I stumble across "The Pickle".







Like almost every BCR ride we have embarked on so far, the day dawned cloudy and threatening rain. Cool! Smaller capacity bikes, they are light, cheaper on fuel, nimble and can easily be lifted into a van without the need of a ramp.
